RRE Rule Leaderboard Challenge – $100 Digital Gift Card Giveaway

1. Sponsor

RRE Rule Leaderboard Challenge (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by FinCEN Report Company, LLC, located at 3475 Piedmont Road NE, Suite 1100, Atlanta, Georgia 30305 (“Sponsor”).

2. Platform Disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn. Participants understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to LinkedIn.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to individuals who:

• Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
• Are legal residents of the United States
• Have a valid email address

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

4. Promotion Period

Each Promotion runs monthly, beginning at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on the first calendar day of the month and ending at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the last calendar day of the month (the “Promotion Period”).

• Promotion Period 1 – 1/1/2026 – 1/31/2026
• Promotion Period 2 – 2/1/2026 – 2/28/2026

5. How to Enter

Participants may enter the Promotion by completing one or more eligible quizzes hosted by the Sponsor during the Promotion Period.

• Each completed quiz earns points that are automatically recorded on the Sponsor’s leaderboard
• There is no limit to the number of quizzes a participant may complete during the Promotion Period
• No LinkedIn actions (such as liking, commenting, sharing, or tagging) are required to enter or win

Entries must be completed during the Promotion Period to be eligible.

6. Winner Determination

At the conclusion of the Promotion Period:

• The participant ranked #1 on the leaderboard at 11:59 PM ET on the final day of the month will be declared the winner
• Rankings are determined solely by the Sponsor’s automated leaderboard system

Tie-Breaker

In the event of a tie for first place, the winner will be determined by

• The participant who reached the tied score first, as determined by system timestamps

Sponsor’s determination is final and binding.

7. Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded per Promotion Period:

• One (1) $100 digital gift card
• Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $100 USD

The prize is non-transferable, and no cash substitution is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

8. Winner Notification & Prize Delivery

The potential winner will be notified via the email address associated with their leaderboard account within seven (7) business days following the end of the Promotion Period.

• The winner must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize
• Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner

The digital gift card will be delivered electronically within five (5) business days after winner confirmation.

9. Winner Announcement

By participating in the Promotion, entrants acknowledge that the winner’s first name, last initial, and/or LinkedIn profile may be announced publicly on the Sponsor’s LinkedIn page for promotional purposes.

The winner will be announced on LinkedIn only after prize eligibility has been verified. No additional personal information will be shared without the winner’s consent.

By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Sponsor permission to announce the winner’s first name, last initial, and/or LinkedIn profile on the Sponsor’s LinkedIn page and other owned marketing channels, unless prohibited by law. 

10. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with receipt of the prize. Sponsor may issue a tax form if required by law.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to:

• Disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, manipulation, or abuse of the Promotion
• Cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control compromise its integrity

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.

12. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, interruptions, or failures related to leaderboard tracking, quiz completion, or email delivery.

Information collected from participants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://fincenreport.com/privacy-policy
