FRC Roles Defined
- Partner Admin
- Can access and manage all of your entities listed in the Partner Dashboard
- Partner Advisor
- Can access a select set of entities (they will need to be invited to the entities with a company role to view & access the entity on the Partner Dashboard)
- Partner Billing
- Can access transaction & revenue reports from the Partner Dashboard
- Company Administrator
- This person has the highest level of authority with respect to the company’s administration of this filing system with the power to file a BOI report, designate the roles of other members, remove/invite members, and update entity information. Will receive entity-level notification emails such as “Ready to File” & “Incomplete Information” etc.
- Company Advisor
- This person is a lawyer, paralegal, accountant, or other professional advisor to the company. An Advisor also has the power to file a BOI report, designate the roles of other members, remove/invite members, and update entity information. Will receive entity-level notification emails such as “Ready to File” & “Incomplete Information” etc.
- Company Applicant (required for companies formed on/after Jan 1, 2024)
- This person is a “company applicant” as defined in FinCEN’s reporting rule (31 CFR 1010.380) because this person either (a) directly filed the document that formed the reporting company (or caused it to be registered to do business) or (b) was primarily responsible for directing such filing.
- Beneficial Owner
- This person is a “beneficial owner” as defined in FinCEN’s reporting rule (31 CFR 1010.380) as either (a) owning 25% or more of the ownership interest in the reporting company, or (b) having substantial control over the reporting company.
- Senior Officer
- This person is a “senior officer” as defined in FinCEN’s reporting rule (31 CFR 1010.380) and is either the CEO, President, COO, CFO, General Counsel, or an officer with a different title that performs a similar function. Will be filed on the BOIR as a Beneficial Owner
- Billing Contact
- This person is responsible for managing the company’s subscription and arranging the company’s payment details.
